Pricing is based on the defined project scope, technical complexity, and stated requirements at the time of issuance. Any changes, additions, or modifications to the scope of work after confirmation may result in revised pricing and updated timelines.
An order shall be considered accepted only upon issuance of a written order confirmation from AlSufun.
4. Payments
Full payment is required before final delivery of any project. Work may begin only after project confirmation. Partial payments may be accepted based on mutual agreement; however, final deliverables will only be released upon full payment. AlSufun reserves the right to suspend or delay work in the event of non-payment or delayed client responses.
Payment shall be made within the period specified on the issued invoice. In the event of non-payment within the stated timeframe, up to two payment reminders may be issued. Failure to comply after reminders may result in the application of penalties and/or initiation of legal proceedings in accordance with applicable laws.
Ownership of all deliverables and related materials shall remain with AlSufun until full payment has been received.
5. Refund Policy
Full refunds shall be permitted only prior to the commencement of the project, provided that no work, planning, or allocation of resources has taken place. Upon commencement of the project, including any design, development, coordination, or procurement activities, no refunds shall be issued under any circumstances, as resources and efforts will have been committed.
All cancellations and any applicable refunds shall be valid only upon written confirmation from AlSufun.
Any defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery, accompanied by detailed documentation of the issue. Upon receipt of such notification, an investigation shall be conducted to determine the root cause.
6. Delivery
All project delivery timelines are estimated at approximately 30 days from the date of final confirmation, including approval of specifications and requirements, unless otherwise individually communicated for a specific project. Delivery timelines may vary depending on project complexity, scope changes, and third-party dependencies such as manufacturing and assembly partners.
Any delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to supplier issues, logistics delays, shipping delays, or unforeseen technical challenges, may affect delivery timelines. AlSufun shall make reasonable efforts to keep such delays to a minimum and will communicate any significant delays to the client.
Delays in delivery shall not entitle the client to any compensation, claims, or damages. AlSufun shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising during or as a result of shipping or logistics handled by third parties.
In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, war, strikes, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, or any other circumstances beyond reasonable control, AlSufun shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform its obligations. In such cases, delivery timelines shall be extended accordingly without any liability.
7. Manufacturing and Assembly Disclaimer
AlSufun is not a direct manufacturer. PCB fabrication and assembly are carried out through third-party partners.
While we coordinate and facilitate these services, we remain responsible for addressing manufacturing defects reported within the specified defect reporting period.
8. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all final deliverables, including PCB designs, software, and developed systems, become the property of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing clear and accurate requirements, specifications, and approvals. Delays in communication or approvals may impact project timelines. Any work outside the originally agreed scope shall be treated as additional work and may be subject to separate quotation and timelines.
10. Limitation of Liability
AlSufun shall not be held responsible for any real-world performance issues, failures, or damages arising after delivery has been completed and confirmed by the client. This includes, but is not limited to, PCB failures in operational environments, software malfunctions during production use, and inaccuracies in AI or automation systems. All deliverables shall be deemed accepted upon written confirmation by the client. In the absence of such confirmation, deliverables shall be considered accepted if no issues are reported within 7 days from the date of delivery.
PCBs and hardware that are operated or stored under harsh or non-standard conditions, including but not limited to extreme temperatures, abnormal humidity levels, or storage periods exceeding 12 months, shall be excluded from any responsibility or liability of AlSufun.
11. Cancellation
Clients may request cancellation of an order prior to the commencement of production. However, if any preparatory work has been undertaken, including file processing, planning, or resource allocation, a cancellation charge of up to 10% of the total project value may apply.
Once production or project work has commenced, cancellation is not permitted under any circumstances. In such cases, the full project value (100%) shall be payable, and no refunds will be issued.
12. Project Suspension and Abandonment
AlSufun reserves the right to suspend or place a project on hold in the event that the client fails to provide required information, approvals, materials, or communication necessary for the continuation of the project within a reasonable timeframe.
If such delays exceed a period of 14 days, AlSufun may, at its discretion, pause all work without liability and adjust delivery timelines accordingly.
If the client remains unresponsive or fails to fulfill their obligations for a period exceeding 30 days, the project may be deemed abandoned. In such cases, AlSufun reserves the right to terminate the project, and any work completed up to that point shall be chargeable and non-refundable.
Resumption of a paused or abandoned project shall be subject to reassessment, and may require revised timelines, additional costs, or a new agreement.
13. Confidentiality
All client information and project details shall be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without prior consent, except where necessary for project execution, including but not limited to manufacturing and assembly partners.
