AI & Automation

Automation for thework nobody enjoys.

Most businesses do not need a model. They need a specific, repetitive, error-prone task to stop eating someone's day. We find that task, decide honestly whether AI is the right tool for it or a simpler automation is, and deploy something that runs where the work happens.

For teams losing hours to data entry, document handling, triage or monitoring.

What changes

What you getout of it.

Hours back

Repetitive work — copying, sorting, checking, replying — handled automatically.

Answers from your own data

Assistants grounded in your documents, that show the source of every answer.

Nothing silently wrong

A person in the loop where it matters, and monitoring that notices when accuracy drops.

Scope

What's included.

  • AI assistantsChat and search over your own documents and data, with citations.
  • Document processingInvoices, forms and contracts turned into structured records.
  • Workflow automationData moved between your systems on a schedule or trigger, with a record of every run.
  • Computer visionCounting, inspection and detection from cameras or images.
  • BotsWhatsApp and web bots that complete a defined task end to end.
  • Deployment and monitoringRunning in your infrastructure or ours, and watched after launch.
Process

How it runs.

  1. 1

    Find the task

Pick one costly, repetitive task and measure what it costs today.

  2. 2

    Prove it

A small working pilot on your real data, with an agreed accuracy bar.

  3. 3

    Deploy

Put into the workflow where the work happens, with a human review step where needed.

  4. 4

    Monitor

Accuracy tracked over time, so drift is caught before anyone relies on a wrong answer.

FAQ

Before youask.

Common questions about AI & Automation. For anything else, message us — we reply within one business day.

01

Do we actually need AI for this?

Often not. A share of the briefs we see are better solved with a database query, a simpler form or a scheduled script, and we will say so. Where AI is the right tool, we agree up front how accurate it has to be and what happens when it is unsure.

02

What does an AI project need from us?

A specific task, examples of the real data it runs on, and someone who does that task today and can tell us what a right answer looks like. Client information is treated as confidential throughout.
